OUR DELIVERY SERVICE IS STRICTLY OPTIONAL. WE ADVISE OUR CUSTOMERS TO COLLECT FROM OUR SHOP WHENEVER POSSIBLE TO SAVE COST.

quantity

• minimum is 1 box per delivery.

• maximum is:
6 small boxes (m49, p36, mx25)
a RM10 surcharge is applicable per subsequent box.


time

• delivery times varies from month to month. please call to find out.

• delivery times are approximate only.

• our delivery service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the exact time of delivery due to unexpected traffic and delivery schedules.

• delivery areas are limited. if your area is not listed, please call us to enquire.

• hospitals and high-rise building deliveries such as apartments and offices, customers/receipient is required to collect cupcakes at the lobby/entrance of said building or other convenient areas where there is easy access to passing cars.

• our delivery service provider will contact you prior to arrival and receipient must be present to receive the package.


liability

cuppacakes and our delivery service provider is not liable for late or non delivery of the cupcakes in the following circumstances:

(a) unsuccessful deliveries arising from the recipient not being present at time of delivery at the address supplied by the sender.

(b) the address supplied by sender is incorrect.

(c) recipient's telephone number not provided or an invalid number is given.

(d) decreased product quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

(e) product quality problems caused by improper handling by the recipient.


non-delivery

our delivery service provider will make at least 2 attempts to contact the recipient. in the event of non delivery for which cuppacakes is not liable, we will instruct our delivery service to return undelivered cupcakes to the shop and enter into correspondence with the sender and for another delivery fee, cuppacakes will arrange to have the order delivered one final time the next day.


refund

in case of eventual non delivery, no requests for refund will be entertained due to the perishable nature of the product and the costs already involved.
